{Begin Qoute}Looks good, may I ask how this was constructed?
Was it Polygon by polygon or does Lightwave feature some sort of terrain generator?
Looks good nonetheless, however the sky texture looks stretched.
Nice work :) {End Quote}
Thanks for your critiques and compliments Microwave! To answer your question. Lightwave has something in its system called deformation mapping. Its not a terrain generator neccasarily, and it takes a lot of work to set up to get it the way you want it, but it does help. Basically I used a crumple and hetero terrain deformation map and edited it until it looked good before applying all of the textures. The sky is a Textured Enviournment that I can actaully animate! In the end it almost acts like a terrain generator but there is much more fine tuning, it saves time and gets better results.

Right now, I have a few old games I'm trying to finish. Plus I'm going to get back to serious programming, I've sort of played with many langs in the past. This time, it's the .NET langs boo and C#. I want to use SDL.NET to produce some really original games...
I really plan to upload some of my work on Game fabric, plus I plan to start a coders' network, but that's in the planning stages...

What do you think about extending the end-date (I hate the term dead-line)
